Return & Refund Policy – NextGen Trends

At NextGen Trends, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • With original tags and packaging.
  • Please note that intimates, swimwear, clearance items, and customized products are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nextgentrends@gmail.com with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at nextgentrends@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
